We would like to introduce a case study of our gap measurement system 'WISEGAP 2.4', which improves the quality and management processes of vehicle bodies that we handle. This product features data logging capabilities, allowing for the measurement of seal gaps at a rate of up to 2600 points per second over short time intervals. We would like to introduce a case study of our gap measurement system, 'WISEGAP 2.4', which improves the quality and management processes of vehicle bodies. In response to the concern of wanting to "quickly and quantitatively evaluate door closing (seal gap)," our product installs multiple wireless sensors with a magnetic base on the body side. By simply closing the door, the seal gap measurement is instantly displayed on the PC screen, allowing for a graphical comparison of the error with the design value.
